sequins and cozy cardigans.

i'm totally crushing on the styling and look of the cardigan fall lookbook. it's lush in its woodsy and dreamy state. the sweaters look warm and cozy--perfect for curling up by the wood-burning stove with a good book. and how cute are those sequin shorts? i love the added flair from the sequins and how the stylist plays them down with boots, chunky lumberjack socks, and fair isle sweaters.

sometimes i feel overwhelmed by all the amazing clothes out on the racks. i mean, there are some really great pieces and i find myself visiting a ton of sites checking stuff out and putting them in my cart--never to go back. it's all fine and good but why can't i live in a world where i can have all the clothes i want AND have opportunities to wear them all? tell me you know what i'm talking about...

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.
