angelina jolie as maleficent--

yes! she's perfectly cast for the villainous role of maleficent. and elle fanning as princess aurora. i can't wait. this new take on the age old tale is told through maleficent's perspective and the events that hardened her heart to the point of cursing princess aurora.

this new trend of bringing to life classic princess stories told by a different perspective intrigues me. charlize theron's stellar performance as evil ravenna in snow white and the huntsman gave me chills the whole way through the movie. and her costumes. they were amazing beyond words.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.
