roald dahl and the royal mail.

in honour of his wackiness and greatness, roald dahl was celebrated with a wonky set of stamps by the royal mail. i remember reading and loving the bfg and the witches. great tales! these stamps are urging me to read the rest of his imaginative stories.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.
