french vintage on the brain.

it worked. desire to inspire inspired me and now i'm lusting after french vintage pieces from colporter london. truth be told, it doesn't take much effort to inspire me when french and vintage are in the same title/paragraph/sentence. i mean, just look at these pieces!

the burberry ad from the first world war. seeing proof of the deep-rooted history of elite brands authenticates them. i'll probably never purchase from them but their existence is warranted. the large glass jar. beautifully stuffed with eucalyptus stems. the bench. -sigh- j'adore.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.
