happy, shiny and blue.

on a tuesday masquerading as a monday, the workday blues had an open door. but the sun shined as bright and high as a summer day and chased those blues away. (the united states parcel service dropping this sparkling package from freepeople.com at my desk surely helped chase those workday blues away, too. hooray!)

bye bye workday blues! the only blues i'm experiencing now are patent leather.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.
