paper heart.

i love this paper heart garland from wild olive. i'd hang it all the year long, not just valentine's day.

a friend of mine, ccf, did something similar when she moved into a new apartment. she cut out circles (i helped a little.) of paper, strung them together, and hung them along her walls for decoration. they added so much colour and vibrancy and personality.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.

while growing old together with this blog, and watching it evolve, I've found joy in the milk and toast of my life, and have carved out a little place in the world wide web to record it. stick around, read a few entries -- perhaps you'll find something you love or can relate to.
