weekend wonderland.

you may have noticed my posts this week have been slim to none. forgive me, my friends, i've been under the weather. luckily, i had a few rainy days and movie recommendations to keep me company and alice in wonderland to look forward to. (she's my favourite fictional character and her stories are my favourite stories.) not only am i seeing it opening night but i'm seeing it in the pixar studios. (tell me you're not even a little jealous.) plans have changed: no longer a viewing at pixar. bummer. i think i'll try and grab a saturday matinee at the old theatre down the street from my apartment. 

saturday will be a fun day. i'm heading to the city for a visit with one of my favourite guys since i moved to the bay area (joel, he does my hair.) and then lace up my sneakers for a long run through golden gate park. it's been a while since i stopped by tartine for a flaky buttery croissant and since bi-rite creamery is down the street i'll pick up a pint or two of delicious ice cream in my favourite flavours like honey lavender and roasted banana. yummm-y. (not to be eaten 'til after easter.)
