architectural dream.

i'm not looking for a new apartment--especially not one at this price point, $3,850/month with a $5,775 deposit--but when i came across this architecturally-dreamy property in the berkeley hills neighbourhood of claremont, my jaw dropped. w-o-w.

i'd love to fill it with my favourite modern furniture from design within reach and area shops like ohmega salvage and scout.

it's just spectacular, isn't it? i'm fantasizing about the entertaining i could do in this apartment. please oh please oh please! my birthday is coming up...

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.
