yippee!
i'm sitting here in my rizzo costume trying to work and be serious. impossible. the rest of my team is made up of pink ladies, greasers, a beauty school dropout, and sandy. that's right, sandy in the skin tight black outfit. our work halloween party is later this afternoon and we have a little choreographed entrance. i hope we win a prize! we're quite the bunch.
the rest of the weekend will be a good mix of football, halloween parties, and food. on sunday night, for actual halloween (and what i consider the highlight of the weekend), a cozy group of us are heading into the city for the san francisco symphony's showing of the original silent films the haunted house and dr. jekyll and mr. hyde with a live organ accompaniment. i can't wait. i get goosebumps just thinking about it!
if you're trick-or-treating with little ones or handing out scares and candy to those brave enough to come to your door or just kicking it with a scary movie or two, have fun and be safe.
oh, i almost forgot! did you get the anthropologie email announcing their november catalog? when i opened the email i about fell over. look at these pages! gorgeous. so i'll also be making my dream-wishlist this weekend from those very pages.
