on a summer afternoon, not knowing anything more about the story of high society other than the fact there was a pretty lady on the cover of the vhs videotape, i popped the video in and shortly thereafter became entranced with the glamourous grace kelly. to this day, the classic film remains one of my favourites and often one that is watched when i'm home visiting--sure to happen again this christmas with my mother.
