pretty gifts.

such beautifully wrapped gifts. wouldn't you just love seeing a pile of these underneath your christmas tree? they're almost too pretty to open. almost.

i may have to try my [sometimes-crafty] hand at these holiday gems. i can tie a wicked wire ribbon bow for gifts and wreaths; i should be able to handle these. i think the only trick would be finding all the lovely little extra adornments.

my favourite one is in the middle of the bottom row with the pompom yarn and gold leaf feathers. pretty.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.
