yippee!
happy weekend my darlings. it's a good friday: rain is filling the skies (and potholes) and christmas is only a week away. this time next week i'll be comfy cozy on a plane crossing the country; my parents and youngest brother waiting for me on the other side. it can't come soon enough.
but i still have one weekend left to tidy up all the loose ends and wrap any last-minute gift shopping--and there's definitely some last minute shopping needing to be done. luckily, this weekend is the renegade craft fair holiday sale in san francisco and i'm definitely popping in tomorrow. i'll also swing by tartine (it's been ages since my last visit!) and wander through the ferry building. one last day in the city before the new year hits.
i have two talks to prepare for church on sunday (eek!) and some shopping tonight. sunday evening i'll "loosely" play santa handing out the gifts purchased with the charity auction money.
it's shaping up to be a wonderfully christmasy weekend, and it all started last night wrapping some gifts to take to the post office today. the joys of the season.
