cabin fever.

i think i'd like to spend a long weekend in either of these cabin-y/cottage-y dwellings. i like their dark rustic flavour and the mishmash of rugs and quilts and blankets. it's all very cozy. those windows in the tepee are perfect, i'd imagine, for the sifting of morning light or to watch a summer lightning storm.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.

while growing old together with this blog, and watching it evolve, I've found joy in the milk and toast of my life, and have carved out a little place in the world wide web to record it. stick around, read a few entries -- perhaps you'll find something you love or can relate to.
