my weekend is like a really really great grab bag (let's be honest, a great great grab bag is like a black unicorn--something of a myth)--a lot of mixed activities and all winners (ha--not like any grab bag from birthday parties of my childhood; i remember reaching into grab bags at a birthday party hoping and praying for a really great bouncy ball or handful of candy and instead pulling out some pathetic plastic game with a ring and string--what a buzzkill):
friday night san francisco
art show at flipp
gypsy funk concert at hypstamatic
food somewhere--maybe mission cheese
a late late snack from bob's donuts
saturday oakland/berkeley
service project--getting my hands dirty with yard work for a widow associated with my church
lazy lunch at meal ticket--yes, again; so good!
nap and a little football
wreath and other shopping (maybe for some under-the-tree gifts)
errands
