a few well-dressed men.

it's lunchtime on friday. time for something sweet. two men from the catalog pages of j.crew (1,2,4) and two images that capture the magic of the work from behind the scenes. the work of frank, head of men's design (3; genius of a man), and jack, men's stylist (image 5 is of will chalker, british model and amateur boxer; shot in morocco).

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.

while growing old together with this blog, and watching it evolve, I've found joy in the milk and toast of my life, and have carved out a little place in the world wide web to record it. stick around, read a few entries -- perhaps you'll find something you love or can relate to.
