i love the idea of a gingerbread house or houses or little town as the centerpiece for a holiday season wedding. with fake snow and warm tealights it would present a very cozy and welcoming table for such a happy event. word of caution: even with my limited experience in gingerbread houses, might i urge the use of extra frosting to secure the gingerbread house into place to lessen the risk of it falling apart. what a tragedy that would be!
