speakeasy wedding.

wedding wednesday
volume 2  |  chapter 93

i'm not generally a fan of themed weddings--more times than not the theme idea falls flat by poor execution. thank goodness for shannon and chris. they nailed their speakeasy theme. everything from her dress (absolutely stunning, her dress) to the red velvet couch exudes that time in the 1930s. check it out:

my jaw dropped when i saw the bridal party. the layout of their photo with their black gowns and plumed bouquets is stunning. it looks like the guests and supporting staff really got into it as well--gowns, fur, tuxes, shoes, hats, lipstick, hair styles.

would you do a theme wedding? if so, what would it be?
