the weekend has come.
tonight, i'm helping a friend celebrate his 30th birthday at a restaurant of his choice and then i'll make my way across the city to another birthday party.
my saturday starts early with a reshaping hair appointment and since i'll be in the city, i'll stop by my favourite french bakery, tartine. in the early afternoon, i'll head north to a wedding reception.
my beautiful bicycle is begging to go for a ride and i love going for sunday bicycle rides in a dress and cute flats. perhaps i'll be lucky enough to find a grassy spot in the autumn sunshine for a sunday afternoon nap. (aren't sunday afternoons grand?) if the weather is cool enough maybe i'll do some baking. there's an almond tea cake recipe i've been dying to try.
