for the past several weeks, you may have noticed renegade craft fair banners decorating my blog. soon those banners will come down—so sad—but the joyful day printed on the banners is almost here. hip hip hooray! some of my favourite crafters will be attending and you can bet your cute little button nose i'll be stopping by to say "hello hi!" and browse their goods-for-sale.
so much talent in one space. it's overwhelming and thrilling and throws me into a joyfully twirling dither.

i've been told picking favourites isn't fair but i can't help it. since my first renegade craft fair visit in july, the crafters listed below are high on my list. i read their blogs, check out and visit their events (when and where permitted) and browse their products.
harrilu: they have adorable onesies.
oh, hello friend: i have a fabulous pink elephant pin and a mint green lovebirds pin.
pinecone+chickadee: i adore their notecards!
the girl and rhino: the name attracted me in the first place, obviously.
tiny sparks design: i want to talk with bradley about a custom print.
you say, "wow, these crafters are really talented."
i say, "tell me about it. you should come with me!"
you say, "i wish, but i live in [insert somewhat rural area, i.e., ohio] where nothing exciting happens."
luckily, it's not only showing in san francisco. it has appearances in chicago, los angeles, and other major cities. if it comes to a town near you, go go go! this is a fair you don't want to miss.
if the locations are still too far from your humble abode, most of the artists have shops on etsy.com. thank goodness, right? now, go forth and shop—and report back if you purchase anything.
