yippee!
glorious weekend ahead.
this weekend is busy but far less jam-packed than last when my family was in town. now i'm back to my own devices and i'm not sure i like it.
still, there is plenty to fill my time with.
time is running down to my race date, june 5th. saturday i'm due for a 12-mile run. afterward, there's a sand castle contest in santa cruz followed by a bonfire (maybe). on sunday, there's a benefit concert (maybe) and then a fireside. somewhere in there i have to squeeze in some good sleep--work is busy--and possibly a trip to ohmega salvage in berkeley for a couple chairs (these or this) and wall decorations (maybe). oh, and i have a few dozen chocolate chip cookies, banana chocolate chip bread, and rice krispie treats to make.
