floored for flor.

i suppose as a mature adult i don't roll around on the floor as much as i did when i was a kid. granted, growing up i had five very active siblings that even if i didn't want to roll around on the floor somehow i often ended up there. ode to the joys of being a kid and not paying attention to bruises.

i'd like to imagine if i had any of the plush rugs from flor on my wooden apartment floor, i'd be more inclined to roll around or even spend more time on the floor--reading, writing, napping, etc.

i love all three. the first zigzag is my favourite. it looks like it's moving and the design is very 70s-inspired. totally awesome. the chairs are totally awesome too.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.

while growing old together with this blog, and watching it evolve, I've found joy in the milk and toast of my life, and have carved out a little place in the world wide web to record it. stick around, read a few entries -- perhaps you'll find something you love or can relate to.
