there's nothing like feathers and lace to kick off wedding wednesday. and this shrug of feathers is meant to take center stage. (it actually calls up an image of a classy lounge singer in the thirties or forties, like jennifer connelly in the rocketeer. love that movie.) however, in spite of its lustrous glamour, the bride is still more beautiful with her joyous grin hidden behind that feathered veil and her nods of happiness.
