vintage volkswagens.

how i would love to pull into the driveway at home for christmas in an old volkswagen. gorgeous vehicles.

i vaguely remember dad's red vw bug (i mostly remember the fragrance--not a bad scent--of the black interior and the floor being held up by hangers) and our apple green van. good times. wish i remembered them more than i do.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.
