love your kitchen.

and if that means a little remodeling, do it. a little colour or even just new or updated hardware--knobs or pulls on cabinets and drawers--can go a long way. i'm loving these remodeled kitchens via sunset. the sliding barn door is going on my [someday] wishlist. my love for farm sinks in the kitchen is forever and i dig the slotted shelf for plates.

p.s. what is with curtains under sinks? i don't get it.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.
