crazy eclectic spaces.

at first glance, the crazy eclecticity of these spaces by kristen buckingham make my eyes go wonky and impose an ache in my creative and less-is-more brain. but upon closer inspection, i'm prone to agree with jane over at ill seen, ill said that the spaces manage to keep a lightness and welcoming feel about them. and as i continued to study them, i decided i really like the rooms and the gilded chandelier and wilted tulips and beautiful door and architect table in the corner. it's a lot but it seems to work.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.

while growing old together with this blog, and watching it evolve, I've found joy in the milk and toast of my life, and have carved out a little place in the world wide web to record it. stick around, read a few entries -- perhaps you'll find something you love or can relate to.
