and the food begins with a good-bye lunch for a beloved co-worker at a great thai place. afterward, she and i are heading to corte madera for some retail therapy (i have some fun gifts to buy) and i'm just not ready to say good-bye to my friend.
saturday i'm heading to sausalito with some girlfriends for a bridal brunch at le garage. i'm looking forward to the french toast and being outside in the marina. i'll also stop by miette for a little bag of macarons. then on sunday i'll ride my bicycle to my friend's house for an end of summer grill-off. i can't believe the summer is already over--so sad.
