nyc at summer sunset.

i've never been that enamored by new york city but these pictures by hither and thither of nyc at sunset are quickly changing my mind. i'm imagining myself inserted into the pictured brooklyn movie night--they're showing breakfast at tiffanys, could it be more perfect?--with a few close friends, some tasty sweet and salty snacks, and a bunch of blankets/quilts. perhaps i should give nyc another chance...

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.
