don't you just love that no matter what the weekend always shows up? it's always there--it's just up to you and me to figure out what to do with it. so, what will you do with those glorious days off? are you going to join the other millions and watch the superbowl? are you going spend time in the great outdoors in this wonky weather? or are you just going to go with the flow and see how the weekend unravels? that's kinda my plan. i'll spend most of my weekend in san francisco. tonight i'm heading in for a date with my man (woohoo!) and tomorrow i'll be in the city, too. we haven't established any real plans (hallelujah!) so we'll see where the day takes us. it's easy to park somewhere and see what the neighbourhood has to offer (my man is really good at that and knows so many cool spots already). it's a really fun way to spend a saturday and a great trick to discovering new places--shopping boutiques, eating spots, etc. my good friend cah comes into town on sunday for a few days and she's staying with me. i can't wait for that. we'll stay up late and talk about boys and eat pizza and paint our toes and drink bottled rootbeer.
