toy animal crush: blueberry, sir hopsalot, and ruuna.

there is something about furry felted animals that pulls my heart strings--tug tug. let me introduce you to my latest animal crushes: ruuna, blueberry, and sir hopsalot, all needle-felted with natural merino wool, from forestblue factory based out of the netherlands. it's impossible to pick a favourite out of those three but if i had to, if my life depended upon it, i'd choose sir hopsalot. you see, even though having a bunny for a pet (i miss you, uncle sundby!) didn't work out, i'm still a bunny lover.

but, oh, ruuna is perfect and blueberry has so much personality. too hard to choose. too hard!

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.

while growing old together with this blog, and watching it evolve, I've found joy in the milk and toast of my life, and have carved out a little place in the world wide web to record it. stick around, read a few entries -- perhaps you'll find something you love or can relate to.
