fields and fields of flowers.

i often find myself uncovering spots to visit after i've returned from visiting said spot, e.g., san diego and the carlsbad flower fields as mentioned on oh, hello friend. these colourful fields are on my list to walk through on my next trip south to san diego. aren't they gorgeous? golly, i can't wait to witness their beauty with my own eyes.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.
