yippee!
it's the weekend! and a hot one in the bay area it will be. well, it's forecasting mid-70s in the city and mid-80s+ in my neighbourhood. sheesh. but that's not going to keep me from baking my little heart out on sunday. cheesecake and blueberry muffins are on the menu and maybe i'll roast a chicken. popcorn will probably be eaten while i watch the closing ceremonies of the olympics after choir practice.
tonight is an easy night in the city. dinner at our favourite moroccan spot (falafel burrito, you're mine!) and an episode or two of "top gear." tomorrow a few errands and hopefully a girlfriend will come up for pedicures, dinner and to stay overnight.
