princess for a day.

confession: i never grew out of my dreams of being a princess when i was a little girl. and seeing these castles in germany bring the princess dream to the forefront of my la-la-land.

oh to be a princess for a day and eat fancy treats off gilded trays; be draped in fancy materials; and walk perfectly manicured and landscaped gardens all afternoon.

but can princesses wear jeans? because i love my t-shirt and jeans days...

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.
