statement necklaces from history+industry.

i'm breathless over these statement necklaces pieced by brooklyn-based jeweler and painter irene wood of history+industry. bleach and eastern bluebird are simply gorgeous and menthe, which is sitting in my basket now, is pleading for a coveted spot in my jewelry box.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.
