pets in small places.

i can't wait for suzy to arrive. (only about 8 days to go!) and after seeing this post on apartment therapy, i suppose i'll have to take a few photos of her in my small space and send them in. i love seeing good photos of pets in their homes. it makes my heart so happy; must be the animal lover in me.

if you've followed my blog at all, then you'll know my heart aches to have a larger space and more pets (a farm with open land and sheep, goats, alpacas, cows, burrows, dogs, etc.). adopting suzy into my tiny space is the perfect-sized first step to that dream.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.

while growing old together with this blog, and watching it evolve, I've found joy in the milk and toast of my life, and have carved out a little place in the world wide web to record it. stick around, read a few entries -- perhaps you'll find something you love or can relate to.
