a yoga community.

and while we're on the subject of yoga, check out these beautiful shots of aritzia's community line modeled by some new york yogis. again, i ask, how do they do that? the poses are magnificent and they make each one look deceptively easy, all-the-while staying beautiful themselves.

the folks behind community are clearly out to make a statement and it seems to be something many are searching for: clothing for an active lifestyle that fits into daily life, made of quality, affordable, and high-performance materials. their line of of yoga/low-impact clothing is appealing. i'm in love with the rasa bra (pictured in the top photo). i want, like, ten.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.

while growing old together with this blog, and watching it evolve, I've found joy in the milk and toast of my life, and have carved out a little place in the world wide web to record it. stick around, read a few entries -- perhaps you'll find something you love or can relate to.
