designing women. and men.

i'm digging the design style of decesare design group. these commercial establishments are refreshing and bright and rustic and industrial. see their beautiful range of work here.

don't you think the particular spaces below give the appearance of whitewashed industrial units? the spacious rooms. high ceilings. general characteristics of industrial space. sidenote: those sliding doors are spectacular.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.

while growing old together with this blog, and watching it evolve, I've found joy in the milk and toast of my life, and have carved out a little place in the world wide web to record it. stick around, read a few entries -- perhaps you'll find something you love or can relate to.
