bloggers day of silence on friday, march 18th, recognizing the tragedy of the monstrous 9.0 magnitude earthquake that struck one week ago on friday, march 11th, i wanted to share some photos of the aftermath and urge you to take a minute to consider how you might be able to donate, be it
monetarily or
in prayer and thought or by
blood donation. there are many opportunities and every little bit helps.
i will be silent on my blog tomorrow and taking my thoughts to the people in japan and saying extra prayers that those lost may be found and the tender mercy of comfort might rain down. i am thankful for those that are able to help.
