lake kayaks.

as much as i'm looking forward to hanging around my town for the long labour day weekend, i'm envious of haley's (of marais usa) visit to nyack in upstate new york. doesn't it look wonderful? the property, lake and kayaks are bona fide perfection in my eyes, and exactly how i'd spend every day of the summer given the chance. summer daydreams.

milk and toast -- a favourite and most nurturing combination. I like my milk ice cold with a straw (one of those cute paper straws with red stripes), or steaming hot, flavoured with a little vanilla and a lot of cinnamon. my toast -- usually two slices at once, and oftentimes flanked with apple slices or cheddar cheese -- is buttery and crunchy.
